Marge is a 3-year-old, 57-pound, female, Boxer mix. She lived with her owner and 13 other dogs. When their owner got sick, she surrendered all 14 of her dogs to a shelter. Marge was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS).
Marge is not sure what happened to upset her life. She doesn’t like being in a kennel. She asks for attention and loves belly rubs.
She might like living with older kids and other dogs. She might be okay in an apartment if her people are home with her most of the time.

Special note.
There’s still time. SDCCU is partnering with Rancho Coastal Humane Society for the Full Bowls Pet Food Drive, to collect new, unopened and unexpired dog and cat food.
Donations will feed the animals at RCHS and help pet parents who are clients of Brock’s Community Pet Food Bank.
Now through March 31, you can donate at any of the 35 convenient SDCCU branch in San Diego County. These donations allow RCHS to use the funds that would normally buy food and spend the money for other needs, including veterinary care and education.
