Michael Tierney: The City of My Dream

SAN DIEGO — This summer, Michael Tierney, an autistic man will dreaming of moving to Boykin City, a make-believe magical city in Florida, with filming locations from San Diego and Virginia Beach.

The fictional city is named after Robert Boykin, a longtime Tucson resident that peacefully passed away in April 2016.

“Well, in my mind, I’ll miss San Diego, I’ve lived here since 1997, I’ll still reside here in Real Life, just not inside my brain,” said Tierney.

Boykin City will have beaches, and other fun stuff in Tierney’s mind. Even though this is not real, Tierney will magically miss San Diego. San Diego is America’s finest city and the best city in the world.

“Even though I’ll magically miss San Diego, I’ll find happiness in my new fantasy city: Boykin City, Florida.
