Nearly 1,300 Without Power In Santee Area
The outage was affecting customers in the Lake Murray, Mission Gorge and Sycamore Canyon communities, according to SDG&E.
SANTEE, CA — Hundreds of San Diego Gas & Electric customers were without power Wednesday afternoon in the Santee area.
A power outage was reported at 3:37 p.m. in the Lake Murray, Mission Gorge and Sycamore Canyon communities. The outage was impacting 1,299 SDG&E customers, according to the company's outage map.
The company was assessing the outage to determine the cause. SDG&E estimated that power would be restored by 9 p.m.
