The restaurant will be located on the sixth floor of the senior community's newly completed Legacy Building.

The dining room will include glass elevator access, a speakeasy-inspired design and décor modeled after mid-20th-century American steakhouses, including art deco-style paintings, leather banquettes, mahogany paneling, old-world brass lighting fixtures, and white-linen tables.

The restaurant will also feature a bar serving handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, and as extensive wine list featuring selections from Napa Valley, Bordeaux, Mendoza and Valle de Guadalupe.

Developers said the restaurant is intended to serve as a regional destination for special occasions, corporate entertaining and visitors throughout San Diego County.
