The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR) a trade group for San Diego-area realtors, will host a review and group testing for California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) license renewals and continuing education credits starting at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, the PSAR East County Service Center, 1150 Broadway, El Cajon. The session will cover five mandatory course topics, including agency, ethics, trust funds, fair housing and risk management. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. The course review begins at 9 a.m. A home study exam will begin at 11 a.m. Cost is $79 for PSAR members and $99 for non-members.
