San Diego County Sheriff's Department: Homicide Investigation - Bonita

October 20, 2021

On October 20, 2021, just after 3:00 a.m., a Sheriff's deputy was patrolling in the area of 5700 Quarry Road in Bonita. The deputy found a woman lying near the cul-de-sac at the end of Quarry Road. When the deputy checked on the woman, he determined she was obviously deceased due to an apparent gunshot wound.

The Sheriff's Homicide Unit responded and has assumed responsibility of the investigation.
