SanteeTube: Stocking Catfish at Santee Lakes
Just be sure to angle yourself downstream when they dump the load.
The are now into catfish season!
The annual opener for the season happened March 31 and April 1 and the angler that hauled in the largest catfish (actually the two largest catfish) was Steve Buechner, with one weighing in at 7lbs, 11oz. and another at 6lbs, 7oz. He walked away with an iPod Touch for those big ones!
Catfish season goes until Nov. 2- on Nov. 3 the Trout season opens.
