Gabriella Rose Shepherd, 26, was arrested on suspicion of fatally shooting her husband at their Lemon Grove home, authorities said.

LEMON GROVE, CA — A 26-year-old woman was behind bars Tuesday on suspicion of fatally shooting her husband at their Lemon Grove home, authorities said.
About 6 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to reports of a shooting at a home in the 2500 block of Camino de las Palmas, just west of state Route 125, said San Diego County sheriff's Lt. Thomas Seiver.
In the backyard of the home, deputies found 29-year-old Noah David Shepherd suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Seiver said. Medics took the victim to a hospital, where was pronounced dead.
