Saratoga Recreation Department Offers Summer Camps
More than 60 summer camp offerings through the City of Saratoga Recreation Department.
As the weather gets warmer and the school year is more than half way completed, parents, it is time to start planning summer!
Whether that means vacations or summer school, at some point, your school-age son and daughter is going to need a week-long camp to keep them occupy. The question is always, which one? Is he or she interested in sports? Perhaps, theater? Maybe it is dance? Making a movie? What about the joining the circus?
This summer, the City of Saratoga Recreation Department is offering more than 60 different camps throughout the city and beyond. From beading to guitar, rock climbing to horseback riding, and rocket launching to LEGO engineering, the Recreation Department covers the entire spectrum ... including a circus camp!

In fact, if the traditional day camp is your preferred choice, we have that, too.
For the first time since 2010, the department will be offering in-house camps—programs planned and led by city staff. This includes arts and crafts projects, age-appropriate activities, field trips and even a leadership-in-training camp for 12-16 year olds.
