City of Saratoga Honored with Laserfiche Run Smarter Award

This year, Laserfiche is pleased to announce that California’s City of Saratoga and Saudi Arabia’s Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization have won Laserfiche Run Smarter® Awards for optimizing contract management services.

· City of Saratoga, CA—The City of Saratoga has been leveraging Laserfiche since 2009, continuously expanding the solution to serve public interest needs. By digitizing public records and automating its contract review and approval process, the city has reduced the risk of losing contract documents, made information available in real-time to its citizens and achieved significant cost savings.

· Saudi Grains Organization, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia—Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) plays an integral role in Saudi Arabia’s economic development through the production, supply and marketing of the country’s wheat, flour and feed products. Using Laserfiche, SAGO created a central repository to unify 10 organizations spread across two locations. The centralized content repository enabled the organization to go paperless, leveraging the ability to track contracts and respond quickly to audit requests from regulators.

The Laserfiche Run Smarter® Award winners were announced during the Laserfiche Empower 2016 Conference. In total, 47 organizations from around the world were honored during the event.
