Definition of 'Market' on Saratoga Planners' Study Session
Meeting begins at 5 p.m. at City Hall's administrative conference room, regular meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28.
- Zoning ordinance amendment to define “market” within article 15-06 of the city code.
The Commission will have its regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 28 inside the civic theater/council chambers at same location. The public may comment on any item for three minutes. The following public hearings will be considered:
- Applicants Jim Gasiewski and Terry J. Martin are requesting design review approval for a new two-story single-family dwelling on a vacant lot located on Ashley Way. The new home would be 5,978 square feet in area and less than 26 feet in height. One tree is requested for removal to construct the project.
- Applicants John and Sandra Wang and Charles Brown are requesting design review approval to replace an 811-square-foot, single-story home with a new 1,823-square-foot, two-story home at 14110 Alta Vista Ave. They're also requesting a variance for a single-car garage in lieu of a two-car garage and a reduced front setback; 14’7” where 25 feet is required. The new home would be 25 feet, 6 inches in height.
