Healthy Aging: Strategies to Improve Your Sleep

Even though there are some changes to our sleep patterns as we grow older, there are often other components contributing to a poor night's sleep. Dr. Mehrdad Ayati will discuss normal changes in sleep patterns and other factors that might be interrupting a good night's sleep. Dr. Ayati is clinical assistant professor of medicine at Stanford University Medical Center and co-author of book Paths to Healthy Aging.
