Man Arrested in Saratoga on Drug Charges
Suspect faces five misdemeanors related to unlawful possession of paraphernalia and controlled substances.

Matthew Dominguez, 28, of San Jose, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. May 12, at Kittridge and Quickert roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor unlawful possession of paraphernalia, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
According to a Santa Clara County sheriff's arrest report, Dominguez and another suspect were found in a car that had been reported suspicious by residents. When deputies arrived, Dominguez allegedly tried to escape.
Dominguez and his companion were both arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on health and safety code misdemeanor violations for unlawful possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
His bail set at $106,000.
