Saratoga Building Heights, Outdoor Dining, Food Trucks on Council's Agenda

The Saratoga City Council will meet at 7 p.m. today, Wednesday, June 5, at the Civic Theatre/Council Chambers, 13777 Fruitvale Ave. to discuss the following:

• Commendation for Tom Moran
• Commendations for outgoing youth commissioners
• Appointment of youth commissioners
• Adoption of fiscal year 2013-14 operating and capital budget and environmental impact assessment for new capital improvement plan projects
• Zoning amendment to modify building heights, setbacks, and allowed uses in the commercial-visitor and commercial-neighborhood zoning districts
• Council direction on the approval process for seating and dining areas in the public way
• Council direction on the approval process for food trucks
