Saratoga's Big Basin Way Water Line Replacement Project Ends This Week

The San Jose Water Company's water line replacement project on Big Basin Way, between Toll Gate Road and 4th Street, is scheduled to take place at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7 and end at 4 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8.

According to a post on the city's website, the work will complete the final tie-in to the existing waterline at 4th Street.

This work will require shutting the water off on Big Basin Way between 3rd and 4th Street, but the labor will be performed at night to minimize the impact to downtown businesses, the city said on the announcement.

SJWC has notified the businesses of the water shut off.
