Saratoga Sheriff's Arrests: Pot in Car, Invasion of Privacy
A look at the Santa Clara County sheriff's arrests for Saratoga through March 30, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations
- Allison Boyle, 27, of Oakland, 8:50 a.m. March 19, at Highway 9 and Redwood Gulch in Saratoga, for three citations related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, possession of marijuana in vehicle and driving without due caution.
- Gildardo Villa, 45, of Sunnyvale, 3:20 p.m. March 30, on Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for an infraction related to a red signal, and misdemeanor renting vehicle to person with a non-functioninig ignition interlock device and driving when privileges are suspended or revoked. Bail set at $10,000.
Invasion of Privacy
- Williams Buitron, 31, of Mountain View, 9:37 a.m. March 20, at Gatehouse and 4th Street in Saratoga, for misdemeanor invading privacy of another.
