Vandalism/Criminal Threats

• Claire Dietrich, 24, of Saratoga, 11:53 p.m. Jan. 9, at 14681 Farwell Ave. in Saratoga, for felony vandalism (damage more than $50,000) and threaten crime with intent to terrorize. Bail set at $50,000.

Possession

• Jason Karlins, 38, of Saratoga, 11:25 a.m. Jan. 8, at Westmont Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor citation for unlawful possession of paraphernalia.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Alvaro Rivera Soto, 24, of Mountain View, 12:35 p.m. Jan. 9, at Quito and Woodbank roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for driving without due caution.
• Dion Etsitty, 42, of San Jose, 8:45 p.m. Jan. 15, at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor suspended license.
• Luis Infante Hernandez, 27, of San Jose, 10:50 p.m. Dec. 2, 2012, at Saratoga and Fruitvale avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license, driving with license suspended or revoked, and a license plate infraction.
• Daniel Ramirez, 25, of San Jose, 11:25 p.m. Jan. 16, at Saratoa Avenue and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for an infraction due to an obstructed license plate and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Ali Salehi, 25, of Saratoga, 11:40 a.m. Jan. 12, at Bucknall Road and Paseo Presada in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for stop requirements.
• Yvonne Ramirez, 33, of Santa Nella, 7:15 p.m. Jan. 18, at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for an expired registration. Bail set at $5,000.
• Mary Pickett, 47, of Los Gatos, 9:45 p.m. Jan. 19, at Bucknall and Quito roads in Saratoga, for two infractions related to having an expired registration and driving when privilege is suspended or revoked. Bail set at $5,000.
• Michel Farias, 44, of San Jose, 9:35 p.m. Nov. 9, 2012, at Saratoga Avenue and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for having an expired registration.
• Arnulfo Valencia, 42, of San Jose, 9:45 a.m. Jan. 5, at Quito and Bucknall roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and  suspended license.

Child Endangerment/Domestic Violence

• Danielle Muilenburg, 46, of Saratoga, 10:45 a.m. Jan. 11, at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 200 W. Hedding Street in San Jose, for misdemeanor child endangerment involving unjust pain and suffering, battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance, violation of protective order, dissuading or attempting to dissuade a witness and felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant or fiance.

Burglary/Conspiracy

• Camille Flowers, 35, of Los Angeles, 9:10 p.m. Jan. 11, at 12940 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd. in Saratoga, for felony conspiracy to commit crime, possession of a controlled substance, obtain controlled substance by fraud, first degree burglary and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $26,000.
• Troy Flowers, 38, of Los Angeles, 9 p.m. Jan. 11, at 12940 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd. in Saratoga, for felony conspiracy to commit crime, first degree burglary and misdemeanor obtain controlled substance by fraud. Bail set at $15,000.
• Deangelo Hurst, 29, of Los Angeles, 9 p.m. Jan. 11, at 12940 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd. in Saratoga, for felony conspiracy to commit crime, first degree burglary and obtain controlled substance by fraud. Bail set at $15,000.

Assault

• Derrick Mearis, 24, of Saratoga, 2:30 p.m. Jan. 17, at the San Jose Hall of Justice, 190 W. Hedding St., for misdemeanor battery and felony assault with a deadly weapon.

Hit-And-Run

• Robert Decker, 35, of San Jose, 2:45 p.m. Jan. 9, at Fruitvale and Crisp avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Soliciting Without a Permit

• Carl Cooks, 29, a transient, 6:10 p.m. Jan. 19, at Three Oaks Way and Saratoga Los Gatos Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor soliciting without a permit. Bail set at $500.

Under the Influence

• Javier Rodriguez, 21, of San Jose, 9:08 p.m. Jan. 9, at 14681 Farwell Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $5,000.
