Battery

• Frank Orasin, 65, of Saratoga, 8:56 p.m. April 22, at 13650 Saratoga Ave., for misdemeanor battery.

Assault/Battery

• Michael Wong, 43, of San Jose, 8:11 p.m. April 21, at 18644 Martha Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor assault and battery.

Burglary

• Jan Neal, 38, of Palo Alto, 8:10 p.m. April 24, at 12876 Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga, for felony first-degree burglary. Bail set at $10,000.

Soliciting Without a Permit

• Mackenzie Knabe, 31, of Santa Cruz, 6:20 p.m. April 23, at Bellgrove Circle in Saratoga, for misdemeanor soliciting without a permit.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Angel Bernabe, 37, of San Jose, 9:18 p.m. April 20, at Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Ernesto Gonzalez, 24 of Campbell, 11 p.m. April 16, at Highway 85 and Saratoga Avenue, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Lily Lippert, 39, of San Jose, 6:45 p.m. April 21, at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Kelly French, 21, of Santa Clara, 11:23 p.m. April 11, at Lawrnence Expressway and Prospect Road for an infraction for having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Sheena Weiss, 26, of San Jose, 8:06 a.m. April 5, at Saratoga Avenue and Bucknall Road in Saratoga, for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and using a wireless telephone device while driving and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
