Vehicle Code Violations

• Gabriel Mondragon, 24, of San Jose, 12:56 a.m. April 7, at Norwich Way and Weston Drive in Saratoga, for two infractions for having an expired registration, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Gerardo Cortez, 31, of San Jose, 5:20 p.m. April 5, at Saratoga and Atherton avenues in Saratoga, for an expired registration and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Tomislav Pirslin, 43, of San Jose, 1:22 p.m. April 5, at Prospect Road and English Drive in Saratoga, for infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, cracked windshield or window and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Tomislav Pirslin, 43, of San Jose, 5:50 p.m. April 16, at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for an infraction for having an expired registration and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Walte Martinez Guardado, 28, of San Jose, 9:45 a.m. April 15, at Quito Road and Cox Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor drivign with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license and an infraction for amplification devices.
• Miguel Ortiz, 24, of San Jose, 11:40 a.m. April 13, at Highway 85 and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for two infractions related to stolen, lost or damaged registration cards, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

DUI

• Ludwig Kauffeld, 49, of Kaneonhe, HI, 6:57 p.m. April 19, at Bucknall Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
• Adrienne Patton, 23, no place of residence, 2:50 a.m. April 20, at Quito Road and Paseo Cerro in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI and driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $12,000.

False Report of Crime

• Victoria Teng, 43, of Saratoga, 5:50 p.m. April 18, at 1601 So. De Anza Boulevard in Saratoga, for misdemeanor making a false report of crime.
