Possession

• Troy Cowan, 31, of Saratoga, 2:20 p.m. at Santa Clara County Superior Court drug division, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and infractions for being an unlicensed driver and possession of marijuana.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Randolph Delgado, 53, of Santa Clara, 12:15 p.m. May 28, 2012, at highways 9 and 35 in Saratoga, for two infractions for having an expired registration and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and a misdemeanor for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Julio Portillo, 29, of Los Gatos, 8:20 p.m. March 30, at Quito and Bicknell roads in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for an expired registration.
• Javier Renteria, 42, of Hayward, 7:12 a.m. March 14, at Saratoga Avenue and Dagmar Drive in Saratoga, for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Renato Teran, 31, of San Jose, 11:15 a.m. March 21, at Mellon Drive and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, having an expired registration and using wireless telephone device while driving.
• James Bentz, 51, of San Jose, 1:25 p.m. April 1, at Cox and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Adairis Velazquez, 39, of Morgan Hill, 9:05 a.m. Feb. 25, at Saratoga and Fruitvale avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Fernando Bautista, 40, of San JOse, 9:35 a.m. March 6, at Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and Verde Vista Lane in Saratoga, for an infraction for driving without due caution and a misdemeanor for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Battery

• Cristian Garcia, 28, of San Jose, 8:21 a.m. April 13, at Saratoga Avenue and Wood Dell Court in Saratoga, for misdemeanor battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance. Bail set at $10,000.

DUI

• Ike Kim, 40, of Saratoga, 12:55 a.m. April 15, at 18708 Paseo Lado in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI while on probation, suspended driver's license and driving under the influence. Bail set at $16,000.
