Burglary
- Quang Ho, 24, of San Jose, 10:50 a.m. April 22, at 12355 Obrad Drive in Saratoga, for felony attempted burglary, conspiracy to commit felony, misdemeanor possession of burglary tools, felony possession of concentrated cannabis and first-degree burglary.
Probation Violation
- Ontoniel Cornejo, 18, of Campbell, 3:03 p.m. April 22, at Devon Avenue and Paseo Presada in Saratoga, for felony re-arrest for probation violation.
DUI
- Sandra Erikson, 50, of San Jose, 12:25 a.m. April 25, on Saratoga Heights Drive in Saratoga, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
- Cameron Feeney, 20, of Milpitas, 12:10 a.m. April 26, at Quito Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
- Katelyn Harvey, 21, no address given, 4:15 a.m. April 27, at Carnelian Glen Court and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
Obstruction of Justice
- Evette Murray, 53, of Boulder Creek, 8:35 a.m. April 26, at Highway 9 and Booker Creek in Saratoga, for misdemeanor false signature and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $1,500.
- Pedro Cortez, 24, of Modesto, 4:20 p.m. June 22, 2012, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and having a suspended license.
- Adrian Fulcher, 38, of Sunnyvale, 9:05 p.m. March 1, at Saratoga and Cox avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
- Cynthia Villa, 40, Morgan Hill, 9 p.m. March 4, at Fruitvale and Allendale avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and driving without due caution.
- Aaron Luke, 25, of Campbell, 1:15 p.m. April 27, at Paseo Presada and McFarland Avenue in Saratoga, for two infractions related to having an expired registration, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
