Petty Theft
- Omer Medic, 21, of Saratoga, 9:10 a.m. April 25, at 200 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny.
- Pedro Zarate, 33, of San Jose, 10:33 a.m. May 4, at Bucknall Road and Tamie Lane in Saratoga, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property/larceny.
Possession
- Krysta Canteline, 34, of San Jose, 5:30 a.m. May 1, at Saratoga Avenue and Highway 85 in Saratoga, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and felony possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $16,000.
Underage Possession
- Jordan Santiago, 18, of Morgan Hill, 10:15 p.m. April 27, at 13830 Ranvenwood Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor possession of alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.
Vehicle Code Violations
- Xuan Vinh, 48, of Milpitas, 3:20 p.m. April 23, at Quito Road and Allendale Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and no stop lights.
Burglary
- Thomas Yamaguchi, 25, of Saratoga, 7 a.m. May 4, at 1699 So. De Anza Boulevard and Prospect Road in Cupertino, for felony first-degree burglary and misdemeanor appropriation of lost property. Bail set at $21,000.
Battery/Resisting Arrest
- Nicole Raza, 45, of Saratoga, 2:52 p.m. May 4, at 19622 Brockton Lane in Saratoga, for misdemeanor battery of elder or dependent adult; resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and felony re-arrest for probation violation.
