• Abhinau Dev, 24, of Saratoga, 1:30 a.m. June 6, at Prospect Road and De Anza Boulevard in Saratoga, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

• Salvadore Territo, 81, of Saratoga, 1:30 p.m. June 6, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence.

• Guillerno Medina, 19, of San Jose, 3 a.m. June 6, at Saratoga and Herriman avenues in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a license plate infraction.
• William Olivas, 21, of San Jose, 2:50 a.m. May 26, at Prospect Road and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and driving with license suspended or revoked.
• Fred Talamini, 52, of San Jose, 4:20 a.m. May 27, at Quito Road and Sousa Lane in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and two infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and having an expired registration.
• Margaret Lessa, 35, of San Jose, 6 a.m. June 8, at De Anza Boulevard and Prospect Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Kelly French, 21, of San Jose, 11:23 p.m. April 11, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for having an expired registration.
  

• Sheri Clyne, 60, of Saratoga, 12:33 a.m. June 7, at 20412 Chalet Lane and Lexington Court in Saratoga, for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse, cohabitant and misdemeanor false imprisonment. Bail set at $25,000.
