• Lendin Saiti, 23, of San Jose, 1:12 a.m. May 13, at 15315 Kittridge Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer, giving false name to peace officer and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $7,000.

• Renato Teran, 31, of San Jose, 11:15 a.m. March 21, at Mellon and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, expired registration and using wireless telephone device while driving.
