Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, May 19-21: DUI, Theft, Forgery

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Saratoga for the period of May 19-21, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

  • Valerie Mullen, 27, of Los Gatos, 10 p.m., May 19, at Woodmont Drive and Cox Avenue in Saratoga, for DUI and hit-and-run. Bail set at $10,000.

Theft

  • David Yagol, 32, of Saratoga, 7:45 p.m. May 16, at 13650 Saratoga Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor theft by forged access card.

Hit-And-Run

  • Judith Dutra, 71, of Los Gatos, 2:01 p.m. May 14, at 14510 Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Possession

  • Lynsie Szoke, 18, of San Jose, 8:01 p.m. May 20, at Highway 9 and Tollgate in Saratoga, for three infractions related to possession of marijuana in vehicle, misuse of instruction permit and improperly display of license plates.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Javier Renteria, 42, of Hayward, 7:12 p.m. March 14, at Saratoga and Dagmar avenues, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle. 

Interfering With Lawful Business

  • Michael Gregg, 53, of Saratoga, 11 pm. May 15, at 12826 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor interfering with lawful business.
