Saratoga Sheriff's Blotter, May 31-June 5: Assault, Domestic Violence

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Saratoga for the period of May 31-June 5, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Thomas Rodarte, 26, of San Jose, 10:30 a.m. May 13, at Mcculloch Avenue and Berwick Street in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, having a suspended license, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and an infraction for an expired registration.
  • Isabel Quinonez, 28, of San Jose, 3:10 p.m. May 16, at Highway 9 at Booker Creek in Saratoga, for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, having a suspended license, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving without due caution.
  • James Bentz, 51, of San Jose, 1:25 p.m. April 1, at Cox and Saratoga avenues in Saratoga, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Ma Medrina, 31, of San Jose, 2 p.m. Sept. 12, 2012, at Saratoga Avenue and Scotland Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for using a wireless telephone device while driving.
  • Dalene Thompson, 46, of Los Banos, 2:20 p.m. May 16, at Allendale Avenue and Theatre Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor unlawful registration and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
 Assault

  • Meli Rotabuanitoga, 21, of San Jose, 4:40 p.m. June 4, at Glasgow and Argonne drives for misdemeanor soliciting without permit, resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and felony committing assault by means of force.
Violation of Protective Order

Ralph Jenkins, 54, of San Jose, 10 p.m. June 5, at Big Basin Way and Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga, for misdemeanor violation of protective order. Bail set at $5,000.
