The Saratoga History Museum, 20450 Saratoga-Los Gatos Rd., presents a new exhibit "Blossoms, Sunshine, and Saratoga—Remembering the Blossom Festival," 1-4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday through the end of May. The Blossom Festival originated in Saratoga in 1900 as a celebration of the end of a two-year drought and the resulting beauty of the blossoming orchards. Come see photos, artifacts, and memorabilia covering this important event that brought governors, senators, and more to see the orchard blossoms of Saratoga. Details: 408-867-4311.

Gather your friends and colleagues at The Mountain Winery after work at 7 p.m. Friday, April 12. Enjoy great wine and spirits, good company, live music and breathtaking views. Food and beverages (full bar) will also be available for purchase. The event will be located inside the historic winery building. Montalvo Arts Center presents the Amphion String Quartet at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 14 at the Historic Villa. Violinists Katie Hyun and David Southorn, violist, Wei-Yang Andy Lin and cellist, Mihai Marica, first joined together for a performance at Sprague Hall at the Yale School of music in February 2009. The overwhelmingly positive audience reception at this concert was the inspiration behind their mutual desire to pursue a career as the Amphion String Quartet. RSVP on the event's Facebook page. Tickets are $30 for the general public, $25 for members, $10 for students with ID. There's a $20 subscription (when purchasing 3 or more dates from this series).
