MONTALVO HOLIDAY HIGH TEAS

The Montalvo Service Group, which supports the Montalvo Arts Center by holding several fundraising events during the year, presents its Holiday High Teas parties, 2-4 p.m. Nov. 9-11, at Montalvo Arts Center, 15400 Montalvo Road, Saratoga. Tickets are $45 and $7 per person for tour of 100-year-old Villa. Reservations are required. Traditional English Tea menu includes finger sandwiches, pastries, tea, and champagne. Limited vendors for your holiday shopping experience will be available. Funds are used for the restoration and preservation of the historic villa, built in 1912 by U.S. Senator James Phelan, and the center's arts education programs. AEGIS GALLERY ART EXHIBIT

The Aegis Gallery of Fine Arts, 14531 Big Basin Way, presents an exhibit titled, “Art From the Air: 3 Artists Look at the World From Above,” Oct. 24 through Nov. 18. Kay Duffy, Floy Zittin and Terri Hill are the featured artists. The gallery is open noon-4 p.m. Wednesday; noon-7 p.m. Thursday through Sunday; and it's closed Monday and Tuesday. ANNIE MUSICAL COMEDY

The West Valley Light Opera Association presents the beloved family musical, "Annie," about a spunky orphan who beats the Depression-era blues with optimism, charm and a song in her heart, 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 through Dec. 8 at the Saratoga Civic Theatre, 13777 Fruitvale Ave. Tickets are $33 on opening night gala; $29-$31 general admission; $27-$29 seniors and students; $18 children under 12. J.C. SMITH BAND WITH SPECIAL GUESTS

A musical tribute to blues masters Hubert Sumlin, Willie "Big Eyes" Smith, Etta James, Honeyboy Edwards, and Pinetop Perkins 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at the Montalvo Center's Carriage House Theatre, 15400 Montalvo Rd. The award-winning J.C. Smith Band, voted as "Silicon Valley Best Local Band"  in Metro's Best Of 2012, aims "to keep the blues alive and take the message to the people." PEPPINO D'AGOSTINO, DAVID TANENBAUM PACIFIC GUITAR ENSEMBLE

Together in 2010, friends David Tanenbaum and Peppino D'Agostino gathered faculty and exceptional alumni from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music to form an eclectic guitar collective. Their extraordinary performances, featuring original compositions and inventive arrangements of pieces by great classical composers, celebrate the dynamic process of collaboration. They'll be in concert 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 at Montalvo Arts Center's Carriage House Theatre, 15400 Montalvo Rd. Tickets are $30-$25, members, $27-$22.
