The week-long event helps build a new customer base for restaurants while also thanking loyal customers with more affordable prices.
Casa de Cobre in Saratoga will charge $35 per person for a choice of starters like Michoacan enchilada, baby lechon "lamb" ribs, ensalada al pastor or tamarindo shrimp. The entrees include lechon noble, pollo del Santa Clara cobre, vegetarian paella, or tuna tostada. For dessert, customers will be treated to choco flan, bunuellos, or churros.
