Total Woman Gym and Spa Coming to Paseo de Saratoga Center

Total Woman Gym and Day Spa is coming soon to El Paseo de Saratoga shopping center.

The new workout place will be located next to the Thomasville furniture store, at the corner near the AMC Saratoga theaters, exactly at 950 El Paseo de Saratoga.

Behind large glass windows, signs are displayed announcing the fitness center will have state-of-the-art workout equipment, locker rooms, training methods and group classes.

The center, part of a chain of full-service gyms and day spa in California started in 1965, will be designed to give women a place to feel comfortable as they work toward their health and wellness goals, the signs said.

Zumba and yoga instruction will also be offered to its customers, along with  personal coaching, a full service spa, sauna and steam room, babysitting services, private pilates studio and other services.

A preview Total Woman fitness center at 5301 Prospect Rd. is open for prospective customers to check out before the new gym opens, the signs said. 

A worker laying tile this weekend inside the spacious premises said the center will open this month, probably in the next two weeks. 

According to Internet searches, the space was formerly occupied by The Jungle Fun & Adventure, which closed.
