3 Angelenos Arrested in Saratoga on Burglary, Conspiracy Charges

Crime at Argonaut Place Shopping Center took place the evening of Jan. 11.

Three Angelenos were arrested by Santa Clara County sheriff's deputies the evening of Jan. 11 at the Argonaut Place Shopping Center on felony first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime charges.

The trio—one woman and two men—were apprehended at about 9 p.m. at 12940 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd., the location of the mall that houses several businesses including CVS Pharmacy, Togo's, First American Title Company and Pet Food Express, among others.

Sheriff's deputies arrested Los Angeles residents Camille Flowers, 35; Troy Flowers, 38; and Deangelo Hurst, 29.

Camille Flowers, a care provider, was charged with felony first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of a controlled substance, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Her bail was set at $26,000.

Troy Flowers was charged with felony first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony and misdemeanor obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. His bail was set at $15,000.

Hurst was charged with felony first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. His bail was set at $15,000.

It's not clear from sheriff's arrest reports whether they were caught in the shopping center's parking lot, or inside one of the mall's businesses.

In June of 2012, two men were arrested in connection with an armed robbery at the Argonaut Place Shopping Center.

Burglary in the first degree is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for two, four, or six years, according to the California Penal Code.
