What to Expect From Tonight's Saratoga City Council Meeting
An authorization for the Public Works Department to move forward with repairs to city property that was damaged during recent storms is expected tonight.

The Saratoga City Council will meet at 7 p.m. today, Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the Civic Theatre/Council Chambers, 13777 Fruitvale Ave. The meeting will be streamed live on the city’s website. A copy of the agenda can be downloaded here.

- Adoption of a resolution appointing Renee Paquier and Cheryl Nelson Bailey to the Saratoga Parks and Recreation Commission. (Staff report)

- Approval of City Council minutes for two special meetings, and the regular meeting on Dec. 5, 2012 (Staff report)

- Accept the list of commission qualifications and terms expiring in the 2013 calendar year (Staff report)
- Approve a resolution declaring hazardous vegetation (weeds) as a public nuisance and setting a public hearing on Jan. 16, 2013 to consider objections to the Abatement List (Staff report)
