Woman Found Dead in Saratoga

The body of a 19-year-old woman reported missing by the San Jose Police Department was found Sunday morning by sheriff's deputies at about 10 a.m. in unincorporated Saratoga on Bohlman Road and On Orbit Drive.

Authorities are not releasing the cause of death and are waiting for the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office report to formally announce how her life ended, said Santa Clara County sheriff's spokesman Kurtis Stenderup.

Tips coming to Saratoga Patch are reporting the woman committed suicide and died of a gunshot wound, but that information is not being confirmed at this time by sheriff's deputies.

It's not clear where the body was found, whether it was located inside a vehicle or in another location near the location given by sheriff's deputies.
