Twenty-five years ago,
 America watched the unimaginable unfold — and in the days that 
followed, witnessed something equally unforgettable: ordinary people 
rising to extraordinary courage.&nbsp;9/11 at 25: Keepers of the Flame&nbsp;marks
 this milestone anniversary by honoring the heroes, victims and 
survivors of that day, and the generations who have carried their legacy
 forward ever since — our veterans, first responders, and service 
members who continue to answer the call to protect America and her 
freedom.&nbsp;&nbsp;Keepers of the Flame&nbsp;draws its 
inspiration from the Eternal Flame, a symbol used throughout history to 
keep memory burning bright through the darkest of nights, and the very 
flame that inspired the focal point at the heart of our Flame of Liberty
 Memorial. Just as that flame never dims, neither does the duty to 
remember, to honor, and to protect.
Join community members as we come together to reflect on 25 years since 9/11, and to celebrate the&nbsp;Keepers of the Flame,&nbsp;those who have carried, and continue to carry, the light of liberty forward.

Ben Lomond County Park

The Ben Lomond Village Alliance invites you to celebrate Scottish culture and community at Ben Lomond Scottish Day on Saturday, September 19, from 1–5 p.m. at Ben Lomond County Park on Mill Street. Enjoy an afternoon of live music, Scottish dancing, falconry, sword fighting, food, family activities and Highland-inspired fun. Visitors can also purchase a tasting passport to sample entries in the community shortbread contest and vote for their favorites. Don’t forget to explore the silent auction, featuring items and experiences donated by local businesses and community supporters. Bring the whole family and join the celebration!

Join us for the 5th Annual Scotts Valley Multicultural Fair — a completely free, family-friendly celebration of culture, community, and connection! This beloved nonprofit event is held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 12–4pm at Skypark in Scotts Valley, and is made possible entirely by volunteers and donations.
Whether you're a longtime local or new to the area, there's something for everyone:
🌍 Interactive culture booths showcasing traditions from around the world
🎭 Vibrant live performances curated by renowned choreographer Tandy Beal
👗 An international fashion show celebrating global style and heritage
🎨 Hands-on activities and crafts free for all ages

Now in its 5th year, the Multicultural Fair was founded to broaden understanding and appreciation of different cultures, and to build positive connections — especially for our youth. Through fun and festivity, this event celebrates community joy, unity, and belonging in Scotts Valley and beyond.

It's easy for anyone to come in and wander, and shop. Roll some gorgeous dice and play some boardgames if you have the time. We will you pick out the perfect item you're looking for! We have the largest selection of new comics in the Bay Area. You can also find Dungeons &amp; Dragons, Pokemon, Magic: the Gathering, and a huge selection of boardgames. We've got comic books for every age, starting with Superhero board books. We have a full weekend of events all of the time, which we update on our website each week. There's also space for free Boardgaming for you and your friends. Illusive has been a Santa Clara mainstay since 2007. We're on Stevens Creek at Lawrence Expy and 280, next to Harbor Freight, on the other end of the center from MicroCenter.
