Felton At-Risk Adult Missing

A 39-year-old man has been missing from a Felton home since Sunday and may be at risk, according to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office.

Jay Kolby Barker was reported missing on Sunday at Approximately 8 p.m. from a Rose Acres Lane residence. He is a dependent adult who may talk to himself or display anti-social behavior. He is known to frequent the Felton area and smoke cigarettes.

He is a white male with a dark complexion, approximately 6-feet tall and 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his left elbow/tricep area.

The sheriff’s office is currently conducting a Search and Rescue Operation in Felton. Anyone with information on Barker’s whereabouts is asked to contact Sheriff’s Dispatch at 831-471-1121.
