Heads Up, Scotts Valley: Mt. Hermon Construction Coming Wednesday

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA – Road construction, beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at the intersection of Scotts Valley Drive and Mount Hermon Road will affect drivers in Scotts Valley, according to the Scotts Valley Police Department.

The turn lane from westbound Mount Hermon Road onto Whispering Pines Drive and the number one lane of westbound Mt Hermon will be closed.

All traffic using westbound Mount Hermon will have to use the number two lane, and the work is estimated to take four hours to complete, the department said.

There may be additional lane closures in the same area on Thursday, Sept. 15 during the same times if crews are not able to complete the necessary work Wednesday.
