Photo of the Day: Salsa's Taco Bar Coming to Town

Since Kentucky Fried Chicken on Mt. Hermon Road closed its doors in November 2011, the building that housed the fast-food chain since 1974 has sat empty. But last week, signs went up and work began at the space to bring a new Mexican restaurant to town.

Salsa’s Taco Bar will be opening up in the near future. What do you think of this restaurant? Do you think a Mexican restaurant is a good fit for that space or is there something else you would have rather seen open up?
