Police Blotter: Theft, Battery, Public Intoxication

On Aug. 6 at 5:20 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road—A man reported a hit and run to his vehicle.

On Aug. 6 at 6:21 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road—A man in a black Cadillac became upset with another man at Scotts Valley Gas and tried to take a swing at him because he was not filling up his tank.

On Aug. 6 at 7:30 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road—A male and female were in a verbal altercation.

On Aug. 7 at 10:40 a.m. on Macleod Way—A residential burglar alarm went off. The homeowner said no one should have been at the home. No one was found at the home.

On Aug. 7 at 7:33 p.m. on Whispering Pines Drive and Lundy Lane—A stop sign was stolen from the corner.

On Aug. 8 at 12:13 a.m. on Christel Oaks Drive and Bean Creek Road—A minor was riding his bike in the middle of the road, out past curfew and without a helmet.

On Aug. 8 at 6:05 a.m. on Mt. Hermon Road—A window at Heather’s Made to Go was broken and the cash register stolen.

On Aug. 8 at 9:22 a.m. on Mt Hermon Road—A woman was arrested for shoplifting.

On Aug. 8 at 10:02 a.m. on La Cuesta Drive—A vehicle was broken into and a cell phone and iPod were taken.

On Aug. 8 at 10:25 a.m. on Whispering Pines Drive—A vehicle was broken into and a roll of quarters, USB charger and a face plate for a Hamm Radio were taken.

On Aug. 8 at 1:18 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road—Two shoplifters were detained at Kmart.

On Aug. 8 at 3:33 p.m. on Enterprise Way—A hit and run occurred on a vehicle parked in a parking lot.

On Aug. 8 at 3:35 p.m. on Kings Village Road—Police were called to the Metro Station because of an intoxicated man.

On Aug. 8 at 4 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road—A man was in the lobby of Walgreens asking to speak with an officer about threats that were made against him.

On Aug. 9 at 10:20 a.m. on Canham Road and Glenwood Drive—Officers were called to a report of an intoxicated man.

On Aug. 10 at 12:15 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive—A vehicle was broken into and several items were taken.
