Robbery, Knife Assault: Pair Cuffed In Scotts Valley
One suspect also was arrested for alleged possession of LSD and prescription pills, officials said.
SCOTTS VALLEY, CA – Two male suspects were arrested last week after a 911 caller reported being robbed at knifepoint, according to the Scotts Valley Police Department.
The victim on Dec. 11 told police he was robbed and received multiple, superficial puncture wounds by two males, one of whom he knew and could identify, the department said.
Officers then conducted surveillance on the residence of the named suspect, Christopher Beaty-Iverson, who was arrested when he returned home. Beaty-Iverson allegedly was carrying 28 tabs of LSD, as well as a knife and prescription pills, police said.

Police said the man admitted to his role in the robbery, and further investigation resulted in the identification of the second suspect, John Marshall, who subsequently was arrested at his residence.
Both subjects were charged with suspicion of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy. Beaty-Iverson also was charged with suspected possession of LSD and prescription pills without a prescription, police said.
