- Joel Claasen, Robbie McClure, Collin Corbella , Jack Pasquini, Patrick Flebbe, Patrick Marigonda, Noah Beito, and Joe Gillette were named All-League players
- Colin Corbella becomes the second leading rusher in SCCAL history
- Noah Beito and Colin Corbella were named to the All-State team
Freshman Football

Cheerleading, The cheer squad spent hours preparing for games, rallies and the homecoming events.
- The varsity team earned the Superior Award, the highest award possible for one of their routines at cheer competition in Buena Park, Calif.
- Falcon Mascot and Falcon Frenzy Club worked hard to get everyone pumped up during the games
Girls Soccer
- The team won SCCAL Title for the thrid year in a row
- Ranked #1 locally
- Jordin Carlson selected 2011/12 SCCAL Player of the Year
- Emily Johnson named Goalkeeper of the YearΒ
- Emily Payne, Ranae Maloney, Madison Black, Taylor Rohde and Sonia Gustafsson were named All-League Team
Junior Varsity Girls Soccer
- Matched their varsity colleagues by becoming SCCAL Champions
Cross Country
- Β Both the girls and boys teams finished third in SCCAL competition Β
- Β Girls team placed second at CCS to earn a birth at the state meet for the second year in a rowΒ Β
- Β Vanessa Fraser places first at the CIF State Meet
- Β Scott Edwards was All-League for the second year in a row
Boys Soccer
- Second in SCCAL League Play, advanced to playoffs
- Brenny Hillan named SCCAL Goalkeeper of the Year
- All League team were Nathan Keene, Noah Beito, Matt Seligman and Edgar Pedroza
Water Polo
- Girls fielded a varsity water polo team for the first time
- Sophomore Hannah Freeman named second team honors
Girls Volleyball
- Maggie Witzig, Allison Twisselman and Emily Payne were league honorable mention
Boys Volleyball
- Team motto, Y.O.L.OΒ You only live once
- Team coach Trevor Krieg selected as the Boy's Volleyball Coach of The Year in the SCCAL. RIP Trevor, he will certainly be missed by all athletes
Softball,Β sophomore, star pitcher Seryna Tapuloa and MVP catcher Jackie Eicholtz along with homerun hitter Sigrid Holtrop, the Falcons had a competitive season.

Wrestling BoysΒ
- The team finished Second in Leaque competition for second year in a row
- Kevin Edington, Jake Revino, Grant Margerum, Doug Peyser, Andy Ramirez andΒ Baldan Dashiev all qualified for CCS Competition
Surfing
- First place in body board, second in womenβs long board and fifth place overall
- Nathan Keane Menβs Long Board β sixth place
- Β Henry Blake Co-ed Body Board first place
- Β Katy Collins Womenβs Short Board, fifth place and second place womenβs long board

- Eleven high school boys competeted in the first Nor Cal High School Cycling League
- Team placed 20th out of 40 teams in division 2 State Championships
- JV Boys Division 2 showed Nicky DiNapoli placing 19th out of 41 Riders
- Freshman Boys Division 2 places Joe Van Pykeren 8th, Mitchell Pisciotta 13th, Ryan Simonovich 21st & Dylan OβConnor 34th out of 58 Riders
Golf
- The Lady Falcons shared the SCCAL title with Santa Cruz having a league record 7-1Β
- Team members: Heidi Riedel, Tessa Cados, Natalie Ifland, Jilli Culver, Jilena and Jemina Cheyiam
Boys Golf
- Colton Marshall and Thomas Flebbe earned the right to represent the Falcons in the SCCAL tournament with their combined season scoresΒ
Swim/Dive Team
- Samantha Braverman, Carley Arana and Alex Sierant all were standouts this year
- JV Girls earned third place in league standings with only 11 athletes
- The Falcons sole male swimmer, Ben Shaw, swam to two top-8 finishes for the JV Boys
- Aria Leonard repeated as SCCAL Champion
JV Baseball
- The JV Boys team tore through the League, finishing 9-2-1 overall
Lacrosse
- Scotts Valley High School senior lacrosse player Scott Hunter was recently named an Academic All-American by the Central California Area of US Lacrosse
Track and Field
- 85 Athletes and 7 coaches, the Falcons strongest season in history
- Ricky Seago was the first league champion in the shot put in Falcon history
- Ranae Maloney, Vanessa Fraser, and Alex Benko qualified for the CCS Track and Field Finals
