6 Injured In Sherman Oaks Pileup
Firefighters cut the roof off a van to free crash victims trapped inside the wreckage at the Ventura Boulevard 405 Off-Ramp.

SHERMAN OAKS, CA —As many as six people were hurt in a four-car pileup on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Sherman Oaks Wednesday night.
The crash happened during the rush hour at about 5 p.m. on on the Ventura Boulevard off- ramp from the northbound 405, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters cut the roof from one of the vehicles to free victims trapped in the wreckage. At least three of the patients were taken to a hospital, but their conditions were not immediately available.
