Do You Recognize this Alleged Public Masturbator?

SHERMAN OAKS, CA - Los Angeles Police are asking for help identifying a leggings-clad man suspected of exposing himself and masturbating in a public area of Sherman Oaks.

Residents spotted a man wearing mid-calf leggings, no shirt and a cowboy hat masturbating in public at 6 p.m. Thursday in 15000 block of Moorpark Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The suspect is described as a white man, between 5 feet 7 and 5 feet 9 and weighing around 150 pounds with a tattoo on his left arm.
