Du-par's Offers 1948 Pancake Prices

For one day, Tuesday August 2, Du-par's in Studio City, will offer a short stack of their world famous pancakes at 1948 prices, about $.40 cents. 

CBS 2 television station will be broadasting live from the restaurant. Weatherman Josh Rubenstein will be doing the local weather starting at 4:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. 

City Controller Wendy Greuel will be the "official server" to the restaurant guests. "Yes we have no bananas" will be performed as well as the hit song, "Cherry, Cherry Pie". Cheerleaders from Campbell Hall School will perform a "DuPar's Cheer"

Patrons can start lining up at 5:30 AM.
