DANCE CLASS FOR ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS &/or LIMITATIONS

WORKSHOP INFO:  A 2-hour dance class
taught by Heather Lipson Bell. Each week will explore
new skills and fun choreography with a focus on movement for those with mental &/or physical challenges. In this class you will build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence through a variety of dance techniques
including ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop and improvisation.

WHO CAN JOIN:  Students age 18 and up. Parents, siblings and friends over 18 welcome too! Some dance/movement training recommended.

WHEN:  TUESDAYS 4:00pm -6:00pm                SEPTEMBER 11^th, 2012 – DECEMBER 18^th,2012

COST: Drop in Class $20.00                                           Full Workshop: $225.00 ($15.00/class for 15 weeks)  Partial Workshop: $180.00 ($18/class for a 10 class card)
