“After attending the Core-Self workshop, I felt light and energetic, as though a weight had been lifted off me,” said Stephanie Simpson, a student of the Core-Self Method.  “Today, I feel happy and relieved, in a way, as though I don’t have to worry about the things that had been weighing on me.”

“Everyone is looking for love, joy, health, prosperity, and abundance-but most people are looking outward, and in all the wrong places,” says Massey. “Instead, we should be looking inward-and the Core-Self Method teaches people how to tap into the loving, calm, wise, compassionate core within all of us, in order to manifest the good things we’re searching for.”

About the Core-Self Method

As a thinking coach,Massey works with people to help them overcome conditioned ways of thinking, which are often negative and self-defeating. Because human beings process information instantaneously and automatically, many people do not realize that what they think, they also feel in their bodies. Massey teaches a variety of techniques for making the body-to-mind communication process conscious instead of unconscious.

Learning to think differently requires retraining the brain through repetition and practice, so Massey developed a simple program to help people with the process, which is called the Core-Self Method. The development of the Core-Self Method is a passion for Massey that resulted from her personal struggles with insecurity, anxiety, anger, and addiction.
