SHERMAN OAKS, CA —A fiery crash shut down the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Sherman Oaks Friday, sending one person to the hospital.The wreck happened at about 10:10 a.m. near Ventura Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol. The SigAlert lasted for about an hour. Firefighters arrived on the scene to find one vehicle completely engulfed in flames.
