Firefighters Extinguish Roof Fire In Sherman Oaks
It took 26 firefighters about 15 minutes Saturday to put out the flames.
SHERMAN OAKS, CA — It took 26 firefighters about 15 minutes Saturday to put out flames on the roof of a Sherman Oaks home, preventing spread to the living quarters below, authorities said.
The fire was reported at 3:41 p.m. in the single-story house at 3900 North Longridge Ave. Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange said.
No injuries were reported, Prange said.
