Sherman Oaks: The Los Angeles Police Department, Juvenile Division, Abused Child Section is seeking the public's help after arresting a teacher at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks for suspicion of child molestation.

On August 26, 2021, LAPD Detectives arrested Jason Bissell, after receiving a report of alleged ongoing inappropriate sexual conduct by Mr. Bissell, while he was employed at Notre Dame High School.

Mr. Bissell has been employed at the school since 2006.The investigation was presented to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Upon reviewing the case the District Attorney's Office filed multiple felony charges against Mr. Bissell.
