Camryn Grimes, born in Van Nuys, and best known for her role as Cassie Newman on "The Young and the Restless", will co-host the Los Angeles "Walk To Cure Arthritis" on Saturday, May 31st at Exposition Park.
Camryn won a Daytime Emmy for her work in 2000, becoming the youngest winner to earn a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a a Daytime Drama series. She has also appeared on many TV shows, acted in several films and performed in an off-Broadway productions.
The 3-mile "Walk to Cure Arthritis" will begin at 9:00 AM, with registration at 7:30 a.m. The annual Walk raises funds that go toward research for a cure. Arthritis affects 53 million adults in the nation, and 300,000 children.
