SHERMAN OAKS, CA — A portion of the Ventura (101) Freeway was shut down Tuesday morning while police investigated a pile-up that took one life. The California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert for the northbound side of the freeway. The crash happened at about 10:45 a.m. at at Sepulveda Boulevard, forcing the closure of four northbound lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol. 25+ participating shops and restaurants will stay open late until 8pm so show them some love. &nbsp;For the 1st 10 customers who spend $100 or more in a&nbsp;participating shop, you get a free event tote (no limits so you can collect totes in as many shops as desired when you spend $100 with each shop).
